Copal is one of the oldest sacred resins, used in ancient Maya and Aztec ceremonies. It's linked with the crown chakra, deepening connection to source and encouraging pure thoughts during meditation. It also helps strengthen the auric body, removing stagnant and negative energy.

Lavender promotes relaxation and helps soothe the affects of anxiety, infections, depression, insomnia, eczema, nausea and even menstrual cramps.

Cedar has similar properties and creates a lovely, woody smoke to clear the energy in your space.

We use charcoal briquettes as a cleaner, more natural method of burning the incense. Our briquettes light quickly and have a slow, clean burn.

Lighting Instructions:

You might want to place a heat-safe surface under the selenite dish, it will get warm to hot, but shouldn't burn you. Strike a match, pick up the briquette (or use a lighter for speed) and light the briquette on the side. You'll know when it is lit because it sparks and spreads around the briquette. Place the briquette on your selenite dish and pour about a quarter of the incense onto the charcoal, and once more about half way through the burning of the briquette. You can stir the incense as it burns to prolong the life. 

About 2-3 uses per briquette. Allow the hot briquette to cool for at least 30 minutes before handling the dish or disposing of the ashes. Burn time is about 15-30min for one use, 45min-1hr for half the bottle.
