Shipping & Damaged Items

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping is offered via USPS and UPS from Denver, Colorado. Local orders take 1-3 days, regional orders take about 4-7 days and out of state orders takes between 5-8 business days in the US (depending on your exact location).

We do ship internationally. Orders to Canada typically take about 8-14 days. Orders to Europe take about 12-18 days.

We no longer offer pickup (we do not have a brick & mortar).
We no longer offer expedited shipping.

We are closed on national holidays and your order will be processed the following business day. 

Damaged Items / Refunds

If your product arrives broken or damaged please let us know and we will happily replace your item(s). Let us know if you have a problem with the package or closure and we will quickly send replacement packaging.

If you are unhappy with the product for any reason whatsoever, please contact us promptly so we can make it right. We will happily offer you a replacement or refund.  

Gift Messages

If your order is a gift, you may add special directions or a message at checkout. We can include a hand-written note with your order on a cotton notecard.
