Move Up the Legs: Continue brushing your calves and thighs using the same upward strokes.

Focus on the Arms: Brush from your wrists up to your shoulders, again moving toward the heart.

Tackle the Torso: Use circular motions on your stomach and back. For the chest, brush lightly and avoid sensitive areas.
