Copal is not only one of our favorite scents, but it was used in ancient Maya and Aztec ceremonies. It's linked with the crown chakra, deepening connection to source and encouraging pure thoughts during meditation. It also helps strengthen the auric body, removing stagnant and negative energy.
Lavender promotes relaxation and helps soothe the affects of anxiety, infections, depression, insomnia, eczema, nausea and even menstrual cramps. Cedar has similar properties and creates a lovely, woody smoke to clear the energy in your space.

Lighting Instructions:
You'll need a fire safe surface for the charcoal briquette. Pick up the briquette, strike a match and light the briquette around the base. You'll know when it lit when a line pf sparks spreads around the briquette. Place the briquette on your fire safe dish and pour a small amount (about a quarter of the incense) onto the charcoal, and once more about half way through. Allow the hot briquette to cool for at least 30 minutes before handling or disposing of the ashes.
